Changes for the 2007-08 Season
Please read through this list carefully,
to ensure you are up to date.
Some rules are specified as pertaining to only some divisions,
all other rules apply to all divisions.
All of the following changes can be found in the 2007-08 Handbook.
There will be no penalties assessed for being under time at the first regular season competition.
Additions to unit rosters must be made prior to the 4th regular season competition. (For the upcoming season, that date is March 15)
Entries for the 2008 season will not be accepted after March 1.
A clarification has been made for the number of teams an individual involved in independent cheer and/or dance may participate with.
This new clarification states:
Individuals may participate on no more than two Independent Cheer or Independent Dance teams.
An Open category will be added for independent dance for the 2008 season.
Independent Cheer teams must check in their group and verify individuals against their rosters. This must be done at least 1 hour before performance time.
The PPAACC annual meeting will be held at the end of the season in May instead of in November.
